A non-refundable deposit is required within two weeks to confirm reservations at Camp Agape. See reservation form for terms. Account balance is due upon arrival. We will NOT hold rooms for longer than two weeks without a deposit. Retreat reservations are 'locked in' one month before a group's date of arrival. Groups cannot request a reduction in either the number of rooms reserved OR number of meals served in order to reduce their total cost after this date. Rooms, meals, and recreation may be added after this date, if available.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event of an accident or illness while at Camp Agape each camper's personal insurance or the church's insurance is the primary insurance carrier. Camp Agape's insurance is secondary.
